Maria Karlsson

I live and work right outside of Seattle at a small used car dealer. I recently hired Maria Karlsson to work as a receptionist and help me with filing some of the paper work. I consider myself a very patient person, but I eventually had to fire Maria for her poor work ethic. She would always come to work late and multiple times I would find her texting or just not answering the phone. I told her many times I would give her another chance if she improved, but she never did. I would have thought that someone at a college age level would be able to work well at a basic receptionist job (especially given this economy!), but I guess I was wrong.
