Jason Marsh

My brother-in-law Aaron lives just outside Minneapolis and hired Jason Marsh a while back to do lawn work for him once or twice a week. He found Jason in an ad on craigslist and decided to meet him and see how it went. From their very first meeting Jason was an hour late, but Aaron decided to give him a chance anyways and hired him on the spot. Jason claimed he had experience doing all sorts of lawn work, but had no idea what he was doing. Furthermore, he was very slow and even after a few weeks of doing the same thing did not improve. He came late most days and would ask if he could go home early for one reason or another. Jason even had the nerve to ask for an advance for an entire week’s worth of work! By the end Aaron didn’t even have to fire him because Jason just stopped showing up altogether.
