Brian Laster

I had the extremely unfortunate experience of recently hiring Brian Laster to book a weekend vacation for my husband and I this past summer. What was supposed to be a weekend of relaxation ended up being an utter disaster. We are from LA and wanted to head down to Arizona to stay at a resort and do some different activities. We are both busy with work, so we hired Brian to take care of everything. He said that he was completely capable and it was no problem. However when we arrived our resort had no knowledge of our reservation and they were completely booked, as well the other activities we booked (couples massages, yoga class, etc.) were apparently never booked either. We called Brian and he never picked up his phone or returned our calls until Saturday evening! By that time we had found somewhere else to stay. When Brian finally called us back he told us that he booked us at a different resort (one, mind you that I told him we didn’t want to stay at!) and for a completely different weekend! Unfortunately we could not get our money back, but I would not hire Brian to book anything, it was a complete disaster.
