Amanda Perez

Last June a good friend of mine went to Liv’s Salon and to have her daughter’s hair and nails done for her high school prom. We live in a small town in Northern Jersey and many of my friends (including myself) go to this salon to get out hair cut. They reserved a spot with Amanda Perez for the afternoon to have enough time before the dance to get ready. When they arrived Amanda didn’t see my Grace until an hour and a half after her scheduled appointment (they even arrived early!). Amanda did basically the opposite of what Grace had requested and it took so long to do her hair that they didn’t even have time to do her nails. My friend was completely upset and asked to see her manager. Amanda and her manager tried to claim it wasn’t their fault and sometimes “these things just happen”. Grace was very disappointed and upset and almost arrived late to her prom. Suffice it to say, none of us will be going back to this salon ever!
